PrissyPoofs was created by two moms on a mission...to help Mothers in search of upscale dress-up that can successfully be worn out of the house without a scene. PrissyPoofs became a reality in 2000 when a precious three-year old named Annie Hope requested a Pink Party, and demanded tu-tus for all of her guests. Each "Poof" is beautifully handcrafted with yards and yards of tulle. |
