Pitti Immagine Bimbo 72, June 2011 - Children's Fashion Trade Show Highlights
The 72st edition of Pitti Bimbo took place at the Fortezza da Basso, Florence, from January 20-22, 2011 was brimming with energy and liveliness. The creative
collections, extremely high quality products, original and amusing settings and
presentations and a series of runway shows and special events have nothing to learn from
fashion weeks dedicated to adult apparel.
Over 8,300 buyers came to the fair and the total number of visitors surpassed the
10,000 mark. The most significant increase was in the number of foreign
participants that once again confirms Pitti Bimbo’s role as the international reference for
children’s fashions. (Photos provided by Pitti Immagine: Bimbo, Photographer G. Giannoni)
