Il Gufo launched the new collection during their fashion show on the catwalk at Pitti Immagine Bimbo in Firenze, Italy on January 18th.
Soft and comfortable garments represent a contemporary interpretation of adult trends adapted to the world of children. Elegance and innovation are combined to ensure the best fit, conveying the unique brand identity of “children dressed as children.”
Il Gufo Girls Fall/Winter 2013-14 Collection
For girls, the Fall Winter collection features the minimal elegance of black & white, available in garments with precious fabrics such as wool with mini sequins, tulles, plumes, micro houndstooth with highlights and touches of yellow.
You’ll also find natural off-white and beige tones for clothes with oversized bows and jackets, embellished with precious grosgrain ribbons and collars in faux fur.
Pastel shades of pink, green and light blue for pleated dresses, wide-whale corduroy trousers, light sweatshirts with details in techno-silk and stranded knitting.
You’ll find Bright colors in shades of purple, fuchsia and red knitting in fine Woolmark wool yarn.
Floral micro-patterns adorn dresses in the more romantic part of the collection, while stylized fabric roses rest lightly on the necks and sleeves of precious items.

For boys, the classic greys and beiges are interspersed with two-tone micro-jacquard.
Touches of yellow on the knitwear add personality to the black & grey garments, military greens give a casual style to items like duffle coats, parkas, cargo pants, and supersoft bouclé sweatshirts, while blue and nut-brown are mixed in acid tones to create irregularly striped patterns or brightly dyed colors for sweaters with unique nuances.
