Entering its 7th season, smart, casual and lively range for girls and boys, Isossy Children launches its new collection ‘Tribal Spirit’ for Spring Summer 2013. Covering a fantastic array of styles in wonderfully vibrant and ethnic colors, the Isossy Spring Summer 2013 collection is traditionally separated into Isossy Classic, Play, and Occasion.
You’ll find lots of Tween pieces for girls and boys that look as though they’ve just stepped off the catwalk. Highlights include all print pantsuits for girls and boys. Playsuits and the iconic jumpsuits that Isossy do so well have also been updated with halter neck styles with elasticated back bodice detailing.
The ’80s makes its comeback for girls with playful Rara dresses and playful cheerleader style dresses in drop-waist box pleat detailing and mock waistcoat feature. Perfect for summertime, picture-perfect cute dresses have frilly cap sleeves and racerback features.
Founded by Amanda Rabor in 2010, Isossy Children is a celebration of color, vivacity, global influences, and fashion. Standing by its ‘Made in England’ manufacturing ethos, Isossy combines international fabrics and styling of African, Asian and Western cultures. It offers children and their parents’ choice, style and design, which is why many of the pieces are limited edition prints. Easy machine-washable fabrics in soft jerseys and cotton add to the extreme quality of this beautiful collection.
Isossy Children on The Catwalk at Global Kids Fashion Week, London
The first Global Kids Fashion Week took place on March 19-20 2013 in London. Isossy Children was proud to take part in this ground-breaking high profile fashion event by showcasing it’s Spring Summer 2013 collection on the catwalk.
Isossy Children featured two looks on the catwalk: The Kokoro Dress and The Omo Boys Suit. We decided to go for co-ordinated black and white looks which are really a trending look for Spring Summer 2013. We showed from our Isossy Occasion collections for girls and boys. The Kokoro Dress is 100% silk and chiffon and the Omo Suit is in traditional African geometric Print. Our participation in the event was yet another example of our ethos of Global clothing for kids, says Issosy Children’s designer Amanda Rabor.
