The 75th edition of the Pitti Bimbo Kids Trade Show took place at the Fortezza da Basso, Florence, from June 28-30, 2012. 491 brands/collections were exhibited in over 47,000 square meters of exhibition area. Beyond the exhibition, Pitti Bimbo features top of the line runway shows featuring the latest in kiddie haute-couture. On the catwalk you’ll find new trends and collection launches, offering invaluable ideas in styling and combining clothing and accessories.
Miss Grant and Grant Garçon
The new spring/summer collections with a special fashion show. Miss Grant – A collection inspired by its different colour palettes. From the Couture line, characterized by pastels to the sorbets of the everyday elegance of Candy, right through to a tasteful blue and white joined by an unusual lime for the classic Cruise line. Without forgetting the colors of the sea in the Miss Grant été line. Grant Garçon – Grant Garçon has created two moods for the SS2013 Collection: a casual-trendy one featuring garments in Miami-style pastels for a preponderance of soft fabrics such as jersey, Milano rib jersey and piqué sweat material, the other classic chic for special occasions, with models in blue, sky blue and white.
Miss Blumarine
Miss Blumarine Girl by Spazio Sei presents the new spring/summer 2013 collection, with a special fashion shows. A soft and precious season. Dresses of taffeta and balloon-skirts made by nuanced tulle that enhance prints with fine animalier details and embroidered with sequins calla lilies. The trench coat is created with lace, in a wardrobe that loves the overlapping and unique pieces such as small embroidered shawls. A romantic inspiration features the safari theme, reinterpreted in a dreamy way: on the light white of desert and on the reflections of the sand that color the cotton boucle, gold thread, and tinsel textures weave themselves for clothing and tutu skirts, little cardigans and blouses with puffed sleeves.
Elsy Girl
Elsy Girl presents the new spring/summer collection with a special fashion show. A summer vacation in the Riviera with a retrò touch. Black and white photographic prints, fabrics and patterns – including polka dots and floral designs – paint monochromatic and relaxed settings. Starring dresses and long t-shirts paired with jeggings and skinny jeans instead of the traditional trousers. The brilliance of the new big bubble red and cornflower blue enliven these vintage images, while at the beach, ultrasoft knitted fabrics – practical and functional – emerge to be worn casually.
Twin Set Girl
Twin Set Girl presents the new spring/summer 2013 collection with a special fashion show. Spring is in the air, cool and filled with floral fragrances. An unusual palette of watercolors is joined by a pastel blue that turns into pure denim, alongside creamy woody shades, from ecru to hemp. Optic white teams with the matte shades of melange grey and flashes of neon colors like pink and yellow. There are also plenty of floral patterns for knitwear rich in consistency and texture.
