In 2002, Britt Bonnesen and Camilla Anderson got together to design and create their picture of baby clothing heaven and at that moment Holly’s Kids clothes was born! Based in Copenhagen, the two Danes were able to tap into a rich vein of Danish design history to inspire them.
Taking these nostalgic roots and using it as the basis of a collection was quite a challenge but the positive feedback their initial range encouraged them to develop it further and since then the label has grown from strength to strength.
Starting out as purely a brand catering for babies with baby grows and baby underwear, their clothes are now available for children which is lucky as it can help prevent wardrobe envy from your little one’s siblings!
Starting out with a four-leaf clover as their insignia, drawn from their experience of it as an icon of the seventies, it has become an integral part of each collection with new variations and colors utilizing it each season.
It wasn’t a difficult decision to add Holly’s Kids to Nordic Kids as they tick every box we look for in a children’s clothing brand, from comfort to cut not forgetting an individual styling that is unlikely to be found on the high street.
