Mimo & Co began children’s clothing way back in 1965 city of Paraná, Entre Ríos, Argentina. While taking care of her oldest daughter, Noemi began making rag dolls in her house. As the demand grew, she established the first small manual production workshop, later adding more staff and new machines.
In the mid-1950s, when the company was well positioned in the doll market, Mimo & Co designed its first dress which brought the expansion of children’s clothing manufacturing. Mimo & Cos naive patterns, bright colors, and European cut, made of the collection a distinctive product.

In 1979 Noemí and her family moved to Buenos Aires and Mimo took part in the first children’s clothes manufacturer’s show, which proved to be a major step towards its market expansion. Soon provinces outside of Buenos Aires and abroad foreign countries began requesting Mimo’s products…
Today, Mimo & Co has grown to become a world-renowned label for children between 0 and 12 years of age offering apparel, footwear, accessories, and perfumes. You’ll find Mimo & Co garments in more than 100 retail outlets and more than 300 wholesale channels.
