I began Stardust in 1998. The initial collection comprised just 6 pop icon designs which were hand printed using a small heat press onto a range of men’s, women’s and baby T-Shirts. As the collection grew and space became tighter my own home became the warehouse with boxes stacked from floor to ceiling in almost every room! Inspired by popular culture iconography, politics, punk rock and a splash of kitsch, I aimed to add a sprinkling of pizzazz and panache to young families everywhere. In 2004, I focused on building our wholesale distribution business. I worked hard to build the collection and added many new designs, colors and garment styles.
