North West stole the spotlight at Milan Fashion Week along with her mom Kim Kardashian at the launch of Dolce & Gabbana’s Ciao Kim Spring Summer 2023 Collection. Watching from the front row, North wore this glamorous iridescent holographic pattern stretch crepe de chine silver silk top with sleek black straps. Complementing the top, she sported a pair of silver foiled faux leather pants adorned with delicate flower embellishments.
